Maintenance of car-carrier, container and hopper wagons

Our overhaul’s workshop and boilermaking area is made up of more than 25 equipped tracks with bridge cranes and lifting/jacking equipments.

Some tracks make it possible to work on wagons over 30 meter long (car-carrier wagons, containers wagons) without uncoupling them.

Our teams work in accordance with applicable referentials / standards and within the framework of our certification ISO 9001 and Regulation 445-2011-EU ECM (certification of entities in charge of maintenance).

Our approvals and certifications are as follows :

• accreditation and registration by SNCF to carry out maintenance (ECE SNCF) on wagons, axles and brake components (ie, control brake valves, relays, weighing valves, slack adjusters, variable brake blocks)
• VPI approval
• Non-Destructive Test (NDT) certification for axles according to standard DIN 27201-7
• Welding certifications according to standards DIN EN 15085-2, EN ISO 3834-2 (tank wagon) et DIN EN 14025 (tank wagon)
• Approval for overhauling the tank wagon valves Phoenix et Ermeto (chlorine and sulphur dioxode)
• Approval for overhauling the tank wagon valves Tuflin (gas tank wagon)
