Who are we?

Novafer group accounts today two companies: Novafer, which is established on the pole of railway competitiveness of North (France 59), and Lormafer in Lorraine (France 57).

Novafer gets into positions as major European actor of railway maintenance .It is able to intervene on all types of work and all types of coaches, and to bring its expertise for an optimization of the downtime of  travelling materials.

Lormafer is the only service provider to have 8 railway approvals in Europe.

Our strategy

Our strategy is based on the differentiation of our services offer and revolves around 3 themes:

  • reach the excellence in our customer satisfaction (to be different from the others)
  • improve our operations’ profitability (to perpetuate and finance the development)
  • develop innovative services offers ( to create value for us and our customers)

Our aims:

Build from and around our pole of excellence LORMAFER located at the heart of Europe, a real network of maintenance workshops able to propose a complete service offer to the customers all over Europe.
